Updates a plan to make it the default for the plan group. By definition, only one plan can be the default for a given plan group. If a different plan was previously marked as the default, its status will be updated as well.
The default plan must be enabled; therefore, making a plan the new default for a plan group will also enable the plan (if it was previously disabled).
Returns the full plan object.
